It was a play on Ellie Krieger's recipe for four cheese baked penne.
It is on the food network website. I change the sauce a bit and and added ground white turkey ( because DH thinks a meal is not a meal without meat). Everything else I followed. The thing that surprised me though is that it was super quick and if you wanted to eat a whole serving (2 1/2 cups) it is only 540 calories. That is before I added the turkey but it is so rich and creamy you would think you had just consumed a days worth of calories. I just ate about a cup and added some steamed brocolli and some spring greens with balsamic vinegar. This was really a go to meal and I recommend it to anyone...
Tomorrow (like spaghetti)I know it will be even better.:D
