DH said it's better than take out.
I wanted to make shrimp and rice, but thought, "what else could I add"...so after looking in the fridge, here's what I came up with: Shrimp Fried Rice: 1. whole grain rice - cook as directed 2. steam broc, cubed carrots in a saute pan: add olive oil add chopped up scallons, chopped up red pepper (any other veggies you have) when they are saute'd add shrimp (if froz, thaw first) and some froz pea's dash of dill when it is cooked well enough (5 min's), add broc, carrots, and rice. sprinkle garlic powder (to taste) mix well - yum. - enjoy ![]() |
