Default 1RM confusion...

Can someone clarify this for me before I get too into it... I'm starting to calculate the 1RMs, I did kickbacks double arm standing, 10 lbs. for 10 reps. My 1RM is 13 which means exactly what????? 60% of my 1RM is 8, is that 8 lbs. or 8 reps? Hope someone can help, I think I missed the boat somewhere. I appreciate any help! I need 1RM help for dummies!(Hope I'm Making sense) THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kay

In the workout manager just below the box that told you your 1RM it lists all the % weights...50% thru 95% -
The box below that tells you the "Recommended Weight to Perform a Particular # of Reps"

HTH for future reference
