Can someone clarify this for me before I get too into it... I'm starting to calculate the 1RMs, I did kickbacks double arm standing, 10 lbs. for 10 reps. My 1RM is 13 which means exactly what????? 60% of my 1RM is 8, is that 8 lbs. or 8 reps? Hope someone can help, I think I missed the boat somewhere. I appreciate any help! I need 1RM help for dummies!(Hope I'm Making sense) THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kay
