I have made significant improvements since joining Cathe!!! I don't want to give away what we did, and spoil the fun in store for the August group..

I will say, though, those drills simply would not have been doable on my part before July of 2007, when I first discovered Cathe!

LOVED the Bootcamp class! I was huffing & puffing thru the whole thing! I also loved the step routine Cathe put together for us with all the FAV moves. LOVE the Hip-Hop repeater!

Congrats on your progress, Jerry! The Bootcamp class was amazing!

One more lesson that I learned while on the Cathe trip: having someone there taking photos makes a person work out harder! There were times when I really wanted to rest, but saw that camera, and decided that I didn't want to have any photos of myself sprawled out on the floor!

Umm, there were cameras on the road trip??? I barely noticed....

In my world, there is no bad time to sprawl, camera or not!!

The Bootcamp was my favorite too--it was so different than what I usually do and I got to suffer with a few others! But it didn't help when my group was struggling through the push ups and Brenda came over and said, "Come on, come on, you can do it!" We really couldn't.
