Morning Maniacs-

Off to do CIA All Body Attack with Sharon Twombly. It's a long one - 85" and then I'll hopefully do some yoga. Be back later.

Sharon Twombly..I haven't heard that name in ages! When I started buying workouts I bought some CIA ones that she was in, but I never did them again! LOL I wasted so much money on different workouts and I always went back to Cathe. Cathes workouts are always familiar and I feel like I don't have to learn them before I do them, if that makes sense. Hope you have a good workout!

Today I am doing B&G and a run (i think) I am doing cardio, I just don't know which one. I was also hoping to get out for a run today but the weather still sucks! I can't beleive its been misty raining for over a week now!

Today I am working legs and doing the P90X leg workout. Doing abs too. Not sure what workout for that though. Got some ebay to do as well..just a bit. Looked in paper..no more jobs there that interest me. Hubby has been gone a week now as he travels. Will see him on Saturday.

Good Morning, this morning I started the M&F rotation and did shoulders. I have to take my grandaughter to school so will come back and do abs and kickbox. We have a college graduation to go to this evening for our son in law that is over an hour away.
M&F shoulders-
barbell shoulder press 50# 8 reps plus 2 negatives 2 sets
widegrip upright row 45# 10 reps 2 sets
dumbell lateral raise 15# 10 reps dropped to 10# 10reps 2 sets
bent over lateral raise 15# 10 reps dropped to 10# 10 reps 2 sets
barbell shrug 45# 10 reps dropped to 35# 10 reps more 1 set
dumbbell shrug 15# 10 reps dropped to 10# 10 reps more 1 set
skipped the smith machine shrugs since I don't have one.

Diane Sue, yesterday you said that you messed up on the rotation. I did that too, but at the beginning of the rotation. You really have to read it because things in it change each week. You did good, though, and great shoulder workout!

Today is my rest day, gotta go deliver Avon. Great, pay the oil companies one more time. Seems all I do is work to pay the government and the oil companies. I need a scooter. It's ridiculous and almost makes me want to quit selling Avon. At least its sunny and warm today. :)

Sorry I haven't been around much, I've been really busy at work and when I get home I'm just too tired to do much else.

I did All Body Attack with Sharon (CIA). Workout as 1 hour and 25 minutes and I think I burned around 500 or so (didn't write it down right away). This was a pretty tough workout. Heavy on the shoulder work. I also did Yogafit Moodlift Yoga 30". I liked the yoga more than I did the last time I did it.

Lori - I need (and like) lots of variety in my workouts. Today's CIA's are pretty good advanced workouts....at least in my opinion.

Deb - Have fun delivering Avon. The weather here is nice today.

Diane Sue - I want to place an Aromaleigh order. Wish I had the money! Have you seen the different pic's on the Forum over there? Meant to tell you that yesterday when I did that Spreen Kickbox yesterday, during one interval she does state the bar should weigh no more than 9 pounds.

I am back from dropping my grandaughter off at school. I got the ab workout in as well before I left. Had a protein smoothie and am going to go do Tracey's Sweatfest Kickbox. Then off to the store and post office. I did the M&F abs and then Butts and Guts stability ball abs adding resistance(rollouts with 75# barbell, crunches with 10#, and used a 15# med ball in some areas, wore 1# shoe weights)
M&F hanging leg raise 2# ankle weights 15 reps 2 sets
decline crunch 15# 20 reps 2 sets
incline reverse crunch 15# med ball 20 reps 2 sets

The funny thing is my grandaughter 7 was in the workout room working too. When I was doing B&G abs she was hanging on the vkr tower with the 2 # ankle weights and holding a 5# squishy ball in her feet doing leg raises. She had a little bit of a hard time holding on to the ball. I was like "look at you"!!

Lora, I have gotten so many ideas on the aromaleigh site from the pics. I have fun playing with all of the colors. I need to place another order because I need some more of the porcelaine. I want to get the rest of the colors that I have not purchased from the your a doll collection. I have just been experimenting with other greens that I have already.

Debbie, I have discovered that with this rotation I need to double check what I am doing. I sometimes do more sets or reps than I am supposed to and discover it after I have already done it. I think if they would have put all 3 different changes in one column at the bottom of the page I would not have missed it. I just figured the #3 one was for next week. The numbers are so small the 2&3 barely looked different. I just glanced and thought the 3 was a 2. If I am making sense:)

Diane Sue - That's funny about your grandaughter. See what a good role model you are!! More kids should be around fitness and be raised like that.
 
Morning Maniacs! This morning I did NROL Fatloss 2 workout B. This workout humbled me. It was tough. My body is shaking.

Warmup- One set all execises with low weight and no rests.

Rests are 1 min. between exercises.
*Superset
Snatch grip deadlift 3x12x60
T-pushup 3x12
*Superset
Bulgarian split squat w/overhead press 1x12 next 2x10's (this is one tough exersice!)
Chinups 8/7/7 assisted (I can't believe I could once do 11 unassisted, I've lost all that!)
*Superset
Romanian deadlift/bentover row 3x12x42
Lowerbody russian twists 3x12 (even these killed me today!)

Workout was about 50 min.

I am back again. I did Tracey Staehle's Sweatfest Kickbox and Amy Bento's abs #2 off her abs and stretch dvd. Went out and got a wedding present for tomorrow and dog food from the pet store. I drove up to the post office and saw the line and decided that could wait LOL. Now I am having lunch and need to get things done before everyone shows up to leave from here for the graduation. My Kimberly Spreen dvd came today. I will have to wait to look at it.

Todays work out was GS legs and Seg 3 of Core max, im starting my own rotation on sunday and looking foward to it!
Lori- I hear you about buy lots of different workouts which never get used, I just cant get into them for some reason, just like cathes style i guess.

Diane Sue- Your granddaughter sounds so cute!:7
