Hello Haters.

Just got a call from my Supervisor, a former co-worker (from another office) and her boyfriend were killed in an automobile accident on their way back to the Toledo OH area. Please pray for the families of Heather and Joe. They were to be married this spring and both are in their early 20s. The funeral(s) will be this weekend here south of Grand Rapids.

Jennifer, I'm so sorry to hear about your co-workers. I'll be sure to pray for the families of Heather and Joe. Was the accident weather related? It's devastating to have such a huge and unexpected loss, and for it to happen at this time of year must be especially painful for their families.

Well, I've made a decision about my next rotation :D . Remember that 16 week weight loss rotation that I kept wanting to try? By gum! I'm going to do it!! I found that rotation a long time ago but didn't have the workouts I needed. I ordered them but ended up doing the P90 rotation instead (which I got bored with rather quickly, thus it became P30 -- LMAO!!). The workouts I bought for the weight loss rotation are still in the wrappers -- Pure Strength was one of them.

I ordered those black shoes yesterday afternoon and according to UPS, they're out for delivery :D !!! Can you believe how fast I got them!? You gotta love Zappos. Man they're fast! Augie, even you could order from them because the shipping is totally free, even for returns :eek: . I hope they fit. Honestly, I hate shopping for shoes. Nothing ever fits me...nothing...ever x(

MICHELE - So did you find the red shoes? Have you been looking?

And when will you know you're Christmas plans? Is there a chance that you might do an at-home dinner? I'm not sure which I would be poorer at - a religious debate or a political one. I don't suppose I would be able to add much to either conversation.

Oh man, I hate Aunt Flo! She turns all my friends into...well, you know -- LMAO!!

No, I couldn't find any red shoes I liked :-( . Everything I saw either had 3" or 4" spike heels or they were patent leather (I really hate patent leather). I want plain red leather shoes with a wedge heel, and not to high -- about 2". And they must have a closed toe and heel. Everything I saw had a dang peep toe. Peep toe shoes bug me to no end. I know, I'm difficult :p

Oh yeah, I doubt if Zappos ships to Japan -- LMAO!!

I have no clue where I'm going for Christmas dinner and I'm afraid to ask. ;)

Michele- You still looking for red shoes? Have you tried shoes.com?

Chad's doc said the shoulder is doing okay but got on him for lifting too much weight w/ his arm. He hasn't been lifting but when training would pick up & move up to a 12lb dumbbell & the doc said he CAN'T pick up more than 1lb. until his next check-up mid-Jan! He said if he does he could tear the bicep muscle & it wouldn't be able to fix it so he is going to listen & be a good boy! :)

He came over last night & we watched some of the football game & played with the cats then he put me to sleep again, got to love it! ;-) He has totally spoiled me now but I warned him a couple months ago & all he said was "do you have a problem w/ being spoiled?"... uh, duh - NO!!!!!! :D
 
Morning haters.

Aug - I saw that yesterday you were calling all pmsing and sick haters but darn it, I was too sick to post. Gabe started off the day yesterday by puking at 4:00am but he went to school. Gotta love how kids bounce back from being sick. I was ill all day although I was at work b/c I had to help with a project. Then, on top of having the stomach bug, aunt flo made her monthly visit. Imagine the stomach bug and cramps and the icky feeling. Today I'm feeling much better.

Michele - So you ordered the black shoes you posted yesterday? I've never ordered shoes b/c I have such a hard time. I have wide feet and I can wear anything from a 9-10. I should check out Zappos though since you said the shipping is FREE. Ralphie chewed up my black shoes over the weekend so I need a new pair. Michele, where did you get the 16-week rotation? I'm so depressed over myself and I need something to help me snap out of it. My eating is bad, lack of exercise and my clothes are getting tight. I'm at my highest weight ever, so just generally feeling bad about myself. I only have me to blame.

Jen - that totally stinks that Chad shouldn't lift more then 1lb. Most things just in your daily life don't weigh 1lb. You better make sure he listens!!!!

Jennifer - I so sorry to hear about your former co-workers. I will keep them in my prayers.

There is absolutely nothing going on with me. My co-worker that sits next to me has been off since Wednesday. She had an out-patient surgical procedure on Wed. She could've came back the next day but she said she was going to stay home and relax. Then she called off yesterday and then I guess she came in this a.m. but left before I got here b/c she had a headache. 2 other girls are doing all of her work. The one co-worker did one of her jobs in 2 hours and it usually takes the girl that is off all day. Weird.

Well, I better get back to work. I'll try to check back later today.

I did a search for red shoes and none of them fit my criteria ;) ; a wedge heel no higher than 2 1/2", a CLOSED toe and heel -- no slides or peep toes, no patent leather -- I hate patent leather, and they must be snappy. Okay, so lets have a look see :D .
