Getting Out of the Rut - Monday

Good morning!!

This morning was Pilates, Tracey Staehle's Core Strength and Conditioning and 1 hour on the treadmill. Eating has been good and so has my water.

Yesterday was Slow & Heavy Chest, Back and Abs and 1 hour on the treadmill. Eating is good, even on the weekends we don't go all out like I would like to!
