Good Morning Girls :)

Today was S&H chest and back and abs. I also tacked on C&W abs. I enjoyed getting back to lifting and doing only 8 reps. I felt there was a definate difference doing slow counts, as opposed to just doing 8 reps! It was a fun challenge.

stats:
bench press: 3 sets 27#
flys: 3 sets 17#
incline press: 3 sets 25#
flys: 3 sets 15#
did all the pushups

db row: 2sets 15# 1 set 12# I really felt the difference doing these slowly.
pullover: 2 sets 20#, 1 set 15#
deadlifts: 2 sets 25#, 1 set 20#

Marcy- I am impressed with your stats! You must love seeing your progress! I'm sure you look fantastic!:)

Tracee- Congrats to your boys on their games! Your DS must be a great pitcher! Our league only allows the boys to pitch a max. of 4 innings.

Gin- I'm glad you had a fun time with your nephews! did you end up doing S&H last night? or are you on schedule with us now?
