Good morning Conni,
This morning I started with Peak Fit Cardio Interval Burn - that lasted 10 minutes. I can't get into this woman at all. For me there are just too many things happening in 5 minutes. And then you have to do it all over again. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
So I moved onto KCM TLC - premix that combines both workouts. Goodness that workout just gets more and more fun for me. I will do something else later - maybe pilates.
