TGIF!! Today I started one of the Get Ready for Summer rotations from FF.

I did TJ Cardio Party 3 and LIS core and stretch.

Good morning Conni,

This morning I started with Peak Fit Cardio Interval Burn - that lasted 10 minutes. I can't get into this woman at all. For me there are just too many things happening in 5 minutes. And then you have to do it all over again. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

So I moved onto KCM TLC - premix that combines both workouts. Goodness that workout just gets more and more fun for me. I will do something else later - maybe pilates.

Can't believe that there were no sub jobs today on a Friday of all days. But I got a workout in so that is 3 for the week and that is good for me. I did 31 min. of the Fat Blasting Cardio (taebo workout) with weighted gloves on.

Felt better than yesterday's workout did at least I wasn't forcing myself to continue.
