Daily Check In Friday February 3, 2012

Good morning my friends in fitness,

How are you all doing this morning? It's Friday... yeah!!!!!

This morning I did KCM 30 minutes to fitness Weights - I did the workout that included legs, chest and back. Then I did Cathe's Intensity Hiit. Goodness that is one outstanding workout. I love Cathe's energy and spirit. I just can't find it in any other instructor.

And Conni - no powerstrike today but I'm sure it's coming again! I have a new list of dvd's to buy - yikes. I will wait until I know I am not on strike and/or there is a sale.

Today was step day - I did Amy's ASC 4, including Power Ups, then 4DS KB core.

Hi ladies, I forgot to check in yesterday. Yesterday I the Butts and Guts workout I didnt get to the day before. :confused:. Today I did Peak 10 Cardio strength. I did better this time than I did last time I did that workout, but I think she moves dangerously fast with weights on that one.

My husband is visiting his son in NC for the next seven days. I'm home alone with the pups working on beading projects.
