Good Morning,

When DH gets done with the workout room I will do KCM Start Here, I need a change of pace she had me do wts 4 days this week so I need something that is still wt but a little easier not up to alot of jumping around this morning my legs are killing me.

Belinda-good job with your workout.

I did KCM's Start Here Cardio and then walked on the TM for 2.14 miles my legs are killing me. I see a stretch in my plans for tomarrow.

KCM Stats:
32 min
28 in the zone
131 min hr
153 max hr
181 cals burned.

TM:
45 min
41 in the zone
133 min hr
151 max hr
259 cals burned.

Hi girls!

I forgot to check in yesterday. So here I go.

Friday's workout:

KCM 30MTF- Circuit Burn-Premix- Combined Workouts 1&2= 59 Min
Met Value= 7.50
Calories burned= 604

KCM 30MTF Circuit Burn- Abs Only= 6 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 41

Total calories burned= 645
___________

Today's workout:

Mindy Mylrea- Short & Sweet= Workout#1 Tabata= 24 Min + 4 Min Stretch= 28 Min
Met Value= 10.50
Calories burned= 382
Distance= 5.43 Miles

That's it for this weekend. Man, Mindy Mylrea really kicked my butt great cycle hiiT type workout, love it and the name short and sweet really applies.
I won't be working out tomorrow, since I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow and it will be a long drive to get there and its a morning appointment, so have great workouts tomorrow.
