Crazy, strong and loving it for the weekend!

DD is coming over and we are going to go for a 4 mile walk and then I will do Circuit Blast since I was way to tired to do it last night.
 
DD and I went for a 2 mile walk felt good to walk with her again she walks faster and the area is more hills, then I did Circuit Burn want to do abs later.

I am done with my run, did a 40 min interval run outside.

I will drive to DC to drop off Alesias dog, than I will download all my new workouts. Can't download them here, with that crap from internet they have here:(


I will be back later today or tomorrow. I will catch up on personals too;)

Today I did Rhythmic Step. Its nice to be able to do longer workouts on Saturdays, since my son gave up his paper route!

My work "week" starts tonight as usual. Monday can not get here fast enough for me!

I'm very excited about the new workouts being shipped out too!! Belinda, you'll have to let us know which ones you do and what you think of them.

First time doing this working wow, what a sweatfest. It felt great and didn't hurt my back or legs & was fun.;)

Turbo Fire- HiiT 20 = 20 Min
Met Value= 10.0
Calories burned= 273

Chalene Extreme- I've Got Abs= 17 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 116

Total calories burned= 819:cool:

Good morning,

Yesterday I did a 40 min interval run outside. I need to finish D21 Back/biceps, not sure if my shoulder can take.....maybe I go lighter with the weights.

Downloaded all the new workouts last night, didn't get home until midnight:p they took a long time to download:confused:

Chris - great job with your workout. Not sure, which one I will do first:eek:

Today is a rest day for me I need to do some stretching later everything aches.
