Good morning! Even though I'm taking this week off I wanted to tell you all that my dh and I did the Relay for Life Saturday from midnight to 2 a.m. (Sunday morning). We walked a distance of 6 miles in 2 hours. I am so sore! It was fun, though!

Saturday morning I did KCM's Muscle Definition 1 and my planks. Tonite I did KCM's Muscle Up 1 and I really like this workout and then my planks.

Stats:
Rows-15's but need to go to 20 3 sets.
Bench Press-15's 3 sets
Lawnmowers-20's each arm 3 sets
Flys-12's 3 sets
Pullovers-15's 2 sets need to do 20's next time.
Pushups 2 sets of 8.
Arnold Presses-12's 2 sets
Crunches-16 2 sets
Lateral Raises-10's 2 sets
Boxer Toe Touches-16 2 sets
Bent Over Lateral Raise-8's 2 sets
Supermans-8 2 sets

Everything was done in a superset.

I did my planks at work and then KCM TLC Boxing after supper.

Nora-I did Muscle Up 1 doing 2 on Thursday and tomarrow is HGI.

I did KCM's Circuit Burn 1 really wanted to do HGI because it was suppose to be my day off and I didn't have to get up early but boss man screwed that up so I wasn't feeling coordinated enough to do that workout will save it for Saturday. I will do my planks here at work.

Belinda-I hear you still trying to decide if I need Cathe's new workouts. KCM is also coming out with a Kettle Bell workout.

Roxie- great job today with KCM's Circuit Burn workout 1 that is a good one, I love her Circuit Burn & TLC boxing style workout, so fun. I didn't get HGI because I don't have a tv or dvd player in the room I have my stationary bike or TM. Still sort of wondering if I couldn't just use it my usual workout area that does have a TV and DVD player and use step for cardio portions or jump rope during those sections. As you can tell I'm tempted. Glad you did get both Muscle Up and HGI good for you. I look forward to hearing your thoughts and opinions about both workouts. Praying Frog Squats no equipment 4/16 sets

Arms:
Flip Curls-2/12's
Skull Crushers-2/12's
Side Curls-2/12's
Overhead Tricep Extensions-1/12 1/15
Hammer Curls-2/12's
Kickbacks-11/12 1/10
All these were sets of 8 except the frog squats.

Belinda-I think I have decided to pass and use the ones I have.
