I am up early to get a run in cause I am working tonight and I don't see any other time for me to get a run in! I have a tanning apt @ 12:30 and DS as to go back to the hospital (at some point today) to get more blood work and xrays done. We did check with another company yesterday,re:insurance, and we have DS covered for pneumonia while we are in the States.Not to mention....it was cheaper
So I am thinking of doing CC#3 2x's and CTX UB. I can save the UB part until DS is awake though.
Had my tooth pulled yesterday! And I didn't bother with a workout last night. It was getting really late AND I was afraid that it would start bleeding again. I didn't have to wait to long. I was probably in the waiting room for 30 mins and once he froze it, he pulled it out. It was a big tooth! I think it will take a while for me to get use to it being gone. The worse part was the needle! It just about killed me! He told me it was going to hurt but if I had my time back I would have taken my sweater off cause I started sweating Pulling it out was nothing. My face is a little swollen ( I can feel it with my hand) but nothing no one else would see.
Belinda** If I were you I wouldn't start the rotation over.I don't think your body will notice. I would take this week as your rest week and go into series #2 if you are better next week. Thats a lot of workout to redo! You still have 4 monthes on the rotation and lots of time to see improvements. Sorry to hear you are still feeling crappy! I can see why you are getting annoyed! LOL If it makes you feel any better....my tooth still hurts Well...not the tooth...but where the tooth was
Belinda-The doctor pulled mucus plugs out of your nose yesterday and its still blocked? Oh,you poor thing...hugs to you. You must have a very nasty infection in there.
Lori-Hail to the dentist..the wicked tooth is dead(or gone i should say) so glad to hear you got rid of that pesky thing. sending good vibes to your DS bloodwork results. Enjoy your workout today.
I plan on doing a lowerbody workout today...probably L&G,since it seems to completely exhaust me. Im debating on doing a cardio? If i do,it will be a step workout...im thinking. I may do a CC there i go agian,can't make up my mind
Workout complete I did it all before DS woke (pretty much) I did over 6 miles on the TM in 55 mins, then CTX UB but I had to cut the tri work short.
Ameila** Enjoy your workout today! I love L&G as well. I wanted to do one more UB and one more LB before we head to the city, I should be able to get some runs in while we are staying with friends. So Im thinking my LB may be L&G either tomorrow or Fri. DH wants to head into the city on Fri but we will see. Its a holiday so maybe we will take our time and head in there.
After my dentist pulled my tooth I said, "now I am happy" and he said " Im not" LOL I know its more money for them but Im pretty sure dentist don't like pulling teeth. Not b/c its less money but your teeth are their for a reason. Maybe some day I will get a false tooth there!
Today, I'm going to do Disc 8 Back & tri's. I have the day off but I need to clean my house today. Tonight, we're going to a restaurant called Mt. Fugi (Japanese) for my son's 18th birthday. It is on top of a mountain and has a great view.

Lori - Wow, you're up so early. Great job getting all your workouts done before DS woke up. I had 1 of my wisdom teeth pulled and the roots were so long. They let me take my tooth home, so I showed it to my boys (gross). The needle was the worst part. It's so much better that you can eat meals at home in FL, but your DH will love Red Lobster. Just beware of the cheesy biscuits they can be additive.
Amelia - Have fun with L&G today, that's always gives DOMS
Belinda - Not sure if you'll see this, hopefully your able to sleep tonight. I have some possible suggestions for you, when I am stuffed up I eliminate all dairy products. I also use the breathe strips (athletes use them) they go across the bridge of your nose and the open up your nasal passages. I just thought I would give you some suggestions, just in case you could find some relief.
