Cathe January rotation for Tues Jan 16

Well Saturday I managed to achieve my goal. I substituted Butts & Guts including the ab bonus for Gym Style Legs + Core Max. The workout took 95 minutes. I also had a very relaxing Austrian mud wrap Saturday followed by a deep tissue massage.
Sunday was rest day due to butt DOMS.
Yesterday was insert day not in rotation as I wanted to finish testing my new Cathe DVDs. My mish mosh was:
Low Impact Circuit warmup and bonus cardio
Body Max 2 bonus cardio and power circuits 2 & 3
Butts & Guts bonus butt workouts + stretch
It ended up being one hour of pure fun!
Tonight is jazz dance.
Tomorrow I'll do Gym Style Back Biceps Shoulders (my last segment I need to complete week 2).
Then on Wednesday I should be able to start week 3 of the rotation as written.
I'm suring hoping we reach the -8 degrees Celsius predicted in the forecast. I miss walking the kids to school.
