Hi gals,

First again, I did the Turbo charged fat burner Taebo workout for cardio today.

I need to start changing some things because my weight is going back up and I haven't changed what I eat so something is amiss.

I did try to vary my workouts this week but I hate seeing the number go up. I keep telling my myself it is muscle weight from all the heavy lifting I have been doing. I hope that's it.

Yes, the weight gain could be due to the muscle mass that will briefly swell and then go down. This should resolve itself in a few weeks, then you will know what the situation is...

Today was Cathe Live High Intensity Cardio. I think I am doing too much step, my thighs are a bit bigger and I don't like that at all! I also did the med ball segment from ab circuits.

today I did Cardio Supersets Express + step.

I was drenched????

Good workouts as usual ladies.

Annette - all that matters is how you feel in your clothes. I would throw the scale out! I do not have a scale and weigh myself maybe once ever 2 years. My number doesn't vary much.
