TANK TOP ARMS AND WEIGHT LOSS ROTATION

HELLO EDUCATED GROUP:

I JUST FINISHED A FOUR WEEK PHYSIQUE TRANSFORMATION CONDITIONING ROTATION, AND WHILE I GAINED SOME DEFINITION AND STRENGTH, I DID NOT LOSE ANY WEIGHT, WHICH WAS PART OF MY GOAL. I THEN DECIDED TO WORK UP MY OWN ROTATION FOR TANK TOP ARMS AND WEIGHT LOSS. IT AVERAGES ABOUT AN HOUR PER DAY, EVERYDAY.
IF YOU WOULD PREFER TO REST A DAY, TAKE ONE OF THE CARDIO DAYS OFF.

I USED THE UPPER BODY IDEAS FROM FITGRL AND #223 ROTATION FROM MICHELLE. I THEN ADDED CARDIO FROM CATHE, CHRISTIE AND CIA FRANNY BENNEDETTO.

PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CHANGE ANY OF THE CARDIO TO YOUR CHOICES.

THIS LOOKS LIKE AN EXCITING ROTATION TO ME. I WILL LET YOU KNOW HOW IT WORKED. I MUST ALSO START EATING CLEANER!

Hi Kris,
This sounds like a good rotation. Some of these workouts I don't have so do you have any suggestions on what I can subsitute Cardio Kicks and MIC? I have quite a few of Cathe's workouts but not many from the CTX series.
Could you make this rotation a 4 week rotation? I like the layout and I'm ready to try a new one. Let me know how this works out.

This looks like a great rotation.

Question regarding physique transformation--are you continuing with the fat burning phase or did you quit? You can't possibly do that & not clean up your eating (I did 1 week & quit--too restrictive for me). So I'm curious what you mean by "I might clean up my eating."
 
HI MICHELLE,

YOU COULD SUBSTITUTE POWER HOUR-UPPER BODY PORTION FOR THE CTX-UPPER BODY TAPE. I STILL USE A VCR, SO I TRY NOT TO MIX TOO MANY TAPES IN ONE DAY. IF I HAD A DVD, IT SURE WOULD BE EASIER-BUT OH WELL. ANOTHER SUB MIGHT BE PS AND S & H UPPER BODY; OR BODY MAX THE LAST PORTION OF IT.

YOU COULD MAKE THIS A 4 WK ROTATION. I WOULD CHOOSE THE WEEKS THAT YOU HAVE THE MOST TAPES OF AND TRY THAT.

HI DEBORAH,

IN THAT PHYSIQUE TRANSFORMATION ROTATION, I DID NOT DO A LOT OF CARDIO, AND THAT WAS THE FIRST TIME I EVER DID THAT MUCH UPPER BODY WORK WITHOUT DOING CARDIO. I FIGURED OUT BY DOING THIS PHYSIQUE TRANSFORMATION ROTATION, I AM ONE OF THOSE GALS WHO, IN ORDER TO LOSE ANY WEIGHT, MUST DO CARDIO. THAT IS WHY I HAVE SO MUCH CARDIO IN MY NEW ROTATION.

I HAVE THIS IDEA IN MY HEAD, THAT IF I'M WORKING OUT WITH WEIGHTS, I CAN EAT ANYTHING I WANT BECAUSE MY METABOLISM WILL BE INCREASED AND I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT WHAT OR HOW MUCH I EAT. WELL, THIS WAS OBVIOUSLY TOTALLY WRONG. ALSO, IN MAY, I HAD THIS THING ABOUT TOOTSIE ROLLS. THEY WOULDN'T LEAVE ME ALONE. ANOTHER THING THAT IS PROBABLY DELAYING MY RESULTS, IS I AM 51 YEARS OLD AND THINK MY METABOLISM IS THAT OF A 26 YEAR OLD. SO, I AM GOING TO BE BETTER ABOUT MY EATING. I NEVER EAT FAST FOOD, BREAD IS PROBABLY ONE OF MY DOWNFALLS, BUT I SHOULD SUB THAT FOR MORE VEGGIES.

HOPE THIS ROTATION KEEPS THOSE LITTLE TOOTSIE ROLLS AWAY FROM ME!!
