Default Rotation with some running

I'm not a regular poster here, but do Cathe workouts regularly. I'm just finishing up an S90 rotation and want to do a rotation with Cathe weight workouts and 2 or 3 runs (3 mile max) a week. There's probably one out there that fits the bill but I'm not having any luck finding it. Would appreciate some help if someone could guide me to one.

TIA, Kate

Hi Kate! I don't think Cathe has any rotation that has 3 days of running. There are some rotations that have a run each week. I'm sure you can modify as needed to swap a run for a cardio workout.

Here are the links to a couple of rotations that have running:

Thanks Jbliff! I don't have all those workouts but I've got some subs in mind. I printed out the rotations and it gives me a good framework to start with. I'm not real good at designing my own rotations from scratch.
