Hi all, I would really love to hear any suggestions on this. I am doing heavy weights (without videos) 3 times per week, and am doing cardio on 3 of the other days. I currently have no plan as far as the cardio goes, but would like to have a well-balanced plan for increasing fitness, reducing body fat, etc.
Could anyone suggest a rotation for my 3 cardio days? I have the following cardio-containing videos:
Body max
IMAX-2 (can only do the first 5 intervals so far)
Cardio and weights
Cardio kicks
Circuit max
Boot camp
Rhythmic step
