new to rotations, ideas for cathe beginners?

Any suggestions for a more "beginning" Cathe rotation? I have been doing Cathe classics vol. 1 dvd step workouts for two months and want to start incorporating strength training also. I wouldn't call myself a "seasoned" excerciser, but I can finally get through the workouts and definitely want something challenging so that I can get to another level. I am planning on purchasing a few cathe dvds after hearing what people have to say about this. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks,April :)
 
I love Cathe's Pure Strength DVD. I think it is a great tape to build overall strength. The pace is excellent and the exercises are very thorough. You muscles will be thorougly worked in this tape. You can do one tape every other day. If you combine that with your classics volume you've got a winning combination.
