Help to Save this week...

I need a suggestion. I didn't work out Monday-Thursday this week. What 3 workouts can I do (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) to cover my basis and not make this week a total failure?

I have ALL the workouts.

Please help!

I would do two full-body weight workouts and one cardio, something like the following:

Friday: Muscle Max
Saturday: One of the IMax's (pick your favourite)
Sunday: Power Hour

I like the suggestion posted. Another option is to do an upper body workout, a cardio workout, and then a lower body workout. B
