help with my new rotations?

I am almost done with my 6 week rotation it was the 4 day split dvd with some hiit in stead of the step routines. Before that i was doing circuit work outs 3 x a week. I would like to switch it up for my next rotation. I have All the gym styles and muscle max, drill max. imax 2 cardio and weights low impact circuit. Any suggestions out there? I know there is a special on intensity series right now and i am open to try. But i have yet to crack open my gs=)
