The 5 workout sections in our new high intensity X10 video are:

The workouts range in length from about 10 minutes to a maximum of 15 minutes not including the warm up and stretch. With warm up and stretch the workouts will range from about 20 -25 minutes each. We will have premix options for longer workouts.
