Peanut Butter and Apple Cinnamon Toast Delight!

Ingredients

1 Slice of Bread (I used Nature’s Own Honey Wheat “Light” 40 calories a slice)
1 tbs Peanut Butter
1 tbs Fat Free Cool Whip
1/2 Small Apple (peeled and thinly sliced)
Cinnamon (as desired)
2 tbs Water

Directions:

* Mix slices of apple with cinnamon and water. Cook in the microwave on high for 2 minutes.

* Toast bread (let the bread cool before spreading PB and WC). Spread with peanut butter and then with whip cream.

* Place cooked apple slices on the toast.

  • Yum! I plan to make this for breakfast but sans the cool whip, for a vegan version. Thanks for sharing. I like it when my peanut butter gets all melty on hot toast. I must be strange.
