Ingredients
2 cups of blanched almond flour (only use blanched!)
1 tsp of sea salt
1/2 tablespoon rosemary
1/2 tablespoon of thyme
1/4 tablespoon garlic powder
1/4 tablespoon oregano
1/4 tablespoon fennel
4 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Mix dry ingredients
Whisk wet ingredients together, then pour wet into dry.
Mix, and form into a ball.
Place ball between two pieces of parchment paper and roll out to about 1/4 inch thick.
Move onto cookie sheet, leaving the crackers on the bottom piece of parchment, toss the top sheet.
Cut into squares using a knife or pizza cutter.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Cool, and serve with cheese! My boyfriend says these taste like breakfast (it’s the fennel, I think…) so maybe serve as a brunch treat!
