Ingredients
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice (I like Trader Joe’s brand)
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Jay Robb)
dash of stevia
dash of cinnamon
piece of 70% or higher dark chocolate (optional but usually very much preferred)
Directions:
Place all ingredients (except for cinnamon and dark chocolate ) in blender (Magic bullet works great with the small cup for this). Blend until creamy smooth. Place in a fun bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon and plunge in a piece of dark chocolate. Then pull it and lick off the decadent ooey-gooey goodness that is reminiscent of a piece of pumpkin cheesecake! Makes one satisfying serving. You’ll be dreaming of this at night….:)
I actually added 1/4 cup of canned pumpkin and just used a dash of the pumpkin spice – incredibly tasty!
