Protein Waffles

Ingredients

1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup Eggland’s Best egg whites
1/4 cup non-fat cottage cheese
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

In a blender combine the ingredients. In a hot waffle iron pour above mixture. When waffles are done top with sugar free syrup and 1/2 cup fruit of choice

  • Sarah B this looks good and my stomach is so sensitive to even non gluten flours..but not oatmeal…YES!!!!! I have a question can you substitute Greek yogurt for the cottage cheese..
