Citrus Greek Yogurt with Whole Grain Maple Pilaf and Fresh Berries

Ingredients

1 cup (227g) Fage Total 0% Greek yogurt
2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp orange juice
orange zest, to taste
1/2 cup (cooked) Kashi 7 Whole Grain Pilaf
1 tsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon
salt, to taste
1/4 cup fresh raspberries
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
1 Tbsp toasted, chopped pecans (toast in a skillet over medium heat for a few minutes)

Directions:

For the Citrus Greek Yogurt:
Combine greek yogurt, vanilla, maple syrup, orange juice, and orange zest

For the Whole Grain Maple Pilaf:
Cook the pilaf according to the directions on the box. Take 1/2 cup of the cooked pilaf and combine with cinnamon, maple syrup, and a dash of salt.

Place the citrus greek yogurt and maple pilaf together in a bowl (you can keep it separate or mix it together). Top with raspberries, blueberries, and toasted pecans. Enjoy!!
