In this video Cathe and the XTrain crew say a quick hello from the set of XTrain on the first day of filming. This was just a spontaneous video shot right after the filming of XTrain Chest/Back and Shoulders. Cathe introduces the XTrain crew for this workout and you can also see what the outfits look like and you can see part of XTrain video set . This time we’re back in the loft like we were in STS, but this time the video set is in Philadelphia instead of NYC.

Thank you for sharing this Cathe. Everybody looks great. I’ve been working out with you for a long long long time and you get better and better looking! It’s nice to see Cedie and Brenda looking so awesome, Amanda’s body truly inspires me (congratulations on the new baby!), and Marlo’s smile is very sweet and keeps me away from the pause button when I do To the Max and Cross Fire. And we get guys!!! Woo hoo! That means no excuses from the husbands and boyfriends. A warm welcome to the newest member Al and welcome back to Greg. Work work!!!
