Zzzzzzz - where's my energy? Do I need vitamins?

OK, maybe it has something to do with having to be awake for an hour in the middle of the night last night to hide eggs and an Easter basket, and my dog sensing something in the yard at 6:30 a.m. and making a big stink about it....but I've got NO energy today.

Got up at 6:30, watched dd find her stuff, then made us breakfast. Watched a movie with her and then took a nap for an hour. Then I got up and did 45 minutes on the Nordic Track....thinking it would get me moving. But then, I made the mistake of sitting on the couch and almost fell asleep again.

Do you think it's not enough rest, or maybe I need some multivitamins? I haven't really taken those things in a long time. Any suggestions for a good one that won't get peed out immediately?
 
If it just happened today, and is not a regular thing, I wouldn't be too concerned. Maybe you're just having a tired day, it happens. Lay on the couch, take a nap, and be a schlump today. AHHHH......wonderful. Its also possible you may be coming down w/ a springtime cold, so you may want to look into some vitamin C or echinacea (sp?). I take a multivitamin everyday, just to be on the safe side. I take the Target version of the Woman's One a Day. Same stuff, just about $3 cheaper. Also, I obviously don't know what's going on in your life right now, but if its an extra stressful or busy time, that could be doing it as well. Your body will eventually just say "enough!!" If you're tired like this on a regular basis, it may be time to see the Doctor.
