ZERO equipment confined space workout series

I'm moving to a tiny apartment and have to get rid of all my exercise equipment, meaning that most of my beloved Cathe workouts will no longer be possible for me. I would LOVE Cathe to create a series of workouts for those with ZERO equipment and VERY LITTLE SPACE. I would like to see in this series, for example:

- a zero equipment confined space pure bodyweight pure STRENGTH TRAINING FULL BODY WORKOUT focusing on different muscles more individually, including a series of modifications or a PROGRESSION (see * below)
- a zero equipment confined space 'functional fitness' workout (a full body strength training workout not attempting to focus on particular muscles)
- a zero equipment confined space long plyometric workout
- a zero equipment confined space EXTRA-QUIET interval/metabolic workout that includes strength training as well as somehow managing to get the heart rate up without the jumping about that could annoy neighbours living below(!)
- a zero equipment confined space EXTRA-QUIET workout in which you come up with as many ideas as possible for different exercise sets using one's home. For example: using a small amount of wall space; using a narrow space between two walls like in a narrow hall, toilet, shower or perhaps in the space of a galley kitchen; using a chair; counter; bed??
- a zero equipment confined space super-intense HIIT workout
- a zero equipment confined space pure bodyweight interval circuit combination of everything (including abs) workout that is very long, with modifications to decrease the intensity and to increase it

* I do own an 'encyclopedia' of bodyweight conditioning exercises but unfortunately it is for men and I simply don't have the strength to do many of the exercises. I would LOVE Cathe to come up with a full body strength training workout that uses only bodyweight -- ZERO equipment -- but allows for a PROGRESSION in strength rather than assuming genetics I for one simply don't have. Different people have different abilities in terms of strength. I can just about do one-legged squats -- I have strong legs -- but I can only just about do pushups on my knees, and have a shoulder injury so don't even think about crazy hand stand shoulder presses. Other people (like my husband) have strong upper body but useless legs. Many of us have injuries too, further throwing a spanner in the works. What is lacking in the 'encyclopedia' of bodyweight conditioning strength training exercises DVD I own (not by Cathe) is a PROGRESSION from very weak to very strong, so that wherever one is, there is an exercise one can do to move to the next level. How can I improve the strength of such-and-such muscles if I can't do the exercise in ANY WAY? I'll bet Cathe could come up with some ingenious ideas for how to use just one's bodyweight to strengthen all the different muscles if one is a weak woman rather than a musclebound male athlete. ;-)
