Maybe some of you knew this , I did not!!!! My husband and I LOVE the Healthy Choice Yogurt Bars, but you can't find them all the time. So I found some bar forms and have been making my own and they are so GOOD!! And easy, swear!
Ingredients:
1 cup no fat plain greek yogurt
1 cup fruit (I have tried blueberries and strawberries so far. Going to try FIGS next that I roasted last year )
1 tsp honey or agave or sugar or Truvia
The strawberries are extra sweet this year, so I didn't need much sweetener. I threw the strawberries in the blender for a few seconds to get them chunky, then added the yogurt and honey. When I made the blueberries, I just stirred the yogurt with the honey, then stirred in the blueberries.
Pour into forms (or dixie cups with a popsicle stick) and stick them in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Enjoy in the freaky hot weather we've been having!
