Yo! HATERS!!!

Good morning!

I'm here, I'm here. DH left later than usual for work and we had breakfast together. His stress test is later today so if y'all would say a little prayer for him I'd be very grateful ;) .

I did CC6 yesterday and LOVED it. I'm telling you, I just can't get over the difference in my workouts since I ditched the HRM. I mean, it's amazing! I got my endorphin rush at the end of the 2nd challenge. As soon as it was over a huge smile spread across my face -- I couldn't help it! It just felt so good. I had this whole butterfly feeling in my tummy and everything!

CUZ -- so when do you experience endorphins -- during or after workouts? This is so new to me that I don't even know when it's supposed to happen -- LMAO!!

What are you up to, missy? Has your leg simmered down? I've been posting a little bit on the CC forum. I'd really like to help perk it up a little bit -- it's so quiet over there!

All right -- I haven't read last nights thread so I have no clue what anyone is doing today. I better read up and then I'll BBL for more personals.

AUG, ROBIN, DANA, JEN, JENNIFER -- :* :* :*

Hi Haters!

I'm an on-again, off-again hater.....but I read your request for prayers for your dh Michele, and I just wanted to say I am praying for an EXCELLENT result on his stress test ! Is this routine, or has he has problems?
I've been following your posts about ditching the HRM and finally feeling the "runners high" or whatever it's called when you do cardio !!! YAY for you !
I always get it when I do CC! I don't know if it's the workout, or Sean!:p ;) :7

Anyway, I did RS this morning and now I'm heading out to mow the grass. That's enough cardio, even for ME!:7

Hi to everyone!

Becky

Cuz - Hi there! You know I'm constantly thinking of DH and wishing the very best for him. Will he know the results right then, or will he have to wait a few days?

I just love it when I see your excitement about cardio now. :7 It just makes me grin from ear to ear. For me, that "high" can come at different times. Sometimes I'll get this huge surge of energy right when I think I'm about ready to die, and then be able to push even harder. Other times, I'll just about fall off the elliptical at the end and then shout YES!!! When it comes to step, I guess I don't push myself as hard, but I'm just having so much fun through the whole routine that sometimes I'm grinning the entire hour.

My calf is indeed simmering down. I took a 3-mile walk Sunday and could really tell that it's improved. The weekend before, I only managed 1.5 miles, and had to go slow and stop and stretch.

Oh, I timed myself, and my normal walking pace is a 14-minute mile. If I wasn't watching the calf, I'd probably go a bit faster on my exercise walks, but I'll never approach Dana's 12-minute mile!!!

Yo haters!!!! Shannon I'm glad that you started the thread today. I looked earlier this morning, didn't see anything, so I logged off. Didn't even bother starting the thread, that wasn't very nice of me was it? Glad to hear that your calf is feeling better. And I can only do the 12-min mile when I'm walking alone. If I'm walking with someone & we're talking, I'm more of a 15 min mile. And when I go with my 7-year old, we're really slow! LOL

Becky - hey stranger!!!

Michele - how did your DH's stress test go? I hope that everything was normal.

Jennifer, Robin, Aug & Jen - what are you all up to?

I just took a walk and it is so nice out. It is in the very low 70's and just beautiful!!!!
