Today I did a segment of CS. Last night I did a premix of KPC.

Deanie- I hope your back is better today. Please rest as much as you need to. I bought a pair of boots that were on sale and some makeup.

To answer your question Low Impact Circuit is the one with Girls Just wanna have fun. I started but then I had to stop because I realized I didn't have on my shirt that coordinated with the crew. I changed and then did my workout. I feel so much better when I match them.

I have everything for ETK but I really want to focus on doing more cardio and KB twice a week. When I lose the poundage I want, then I will do ETK.

Hi Everyone,

I didn't do the 5K race yesterday morning. My sister wasn't feeling well and quite frankly I wanted to sleep in. At least my $$$ went to a good cause and they had a great turnout. I did manage to get in a 102 lap swim in the afternoon. Water was a little chilly at first but then it was fine.

Today I'm going for a run.

Deanie ~ I hope your back is better today. Rest and take it easy until it feels better.

I did Flow Yoga today with Jennifer Lynn. It was tough and I didn't do as well as I would have liked but I still had a pretty good practice. I tried dolphin (forearm stand) but didn't quite get it (maybe more because of nerves rather than ability). I managed to do it once while I was doing Mark Blanchard. Did well with one-legged balances, backbends and core work but not as well with the inversions (although at TTOM, you're not supposed to do them anyway, sorry if TMI). Maybe I should have waited a few days but I really felt like doing some yoga.

Rhonda - LOL about your matching outfits! Whatever works for you! KB always helps me with the weight.

Jane: sorry about your race. great job on the swimming! enjoy it while you can! the temps here are around 70 for the last few days.

Marcy: Sounds like you had a great practice anyway! Forgot to mention the other day, its awesome you can do a back bend from standing!!!

Very hectic day today! this is the first chance I had to be on the computer. :eek:Thanks for all the well wishes on my back. I hardly slept last night, apparently I toss and turn alot, and my back wasn't happy with me about that; needless to say, I didn't workout this morning:mad: and I may even take an extra day or so to make sure I'm better. Today my back is about 80% better, I'm hoping for 100% tomorrow. Seems like lying down and not moving makes my back worse. If I am moving around, I am sorta okay. If I'm not 100% tomorrow, I am going to do some kind of running on Thursday, just so I can do something.

Deanie - Thanks! Glad to hear your back is almost better. Take an extra rest day if you need to. I'm sure you can't wait until the big day arrives but will be glad when all the planning, rushing around, shopping is over. Did you wind up ordering the dress or are you looking around some more?

hey Marcy. I did order the dress, but I am still looking too. :) Since I got it off the internet, I'm not sure how it will look.

......just woke up from a nap, and my back is feeling much better!, but I will take the day off tomorrow. Better safe than sorry:confused:
 
Gayle- Hi. Hope you had a good workout

Deanie- Glad your back is better. Take your time though. I am excited about the bar mitzvah and he's not even my kid. One day I want to be able to go to one.

I even moved my exercise clothes upstairs. That way I can look at the DVD case and dress accordingly. I have also decided that I am going to have themes for work. This week is Skittle week- I am wearing all bright colors.

Jane- Sorry you didn't race but glad you got to swim. Hope you had a good run today.

Marcy- You are the Dr. Doolittle of the yoga world:p. All those animal poses ( pigeon, crow, dolphin). I am in awe of you.

I went to KM class this evening and it was a good workout. We did kicks from the ground and breaking out of a bear hug. Fun. Fun. Fun. I hope I never have to use this stuff but if I do, I should be ready to rock someones world- In a bad way.
