  • 21 squats
  • 7 KTEs
  • 3 muscle-ups (subbed 3 pullups + 3 dips)

NOTES:
**buy in: tgu: 20# 3 right then 3 left...just for fun I did them all on one side and then the other:)
**cash out: TIME: 9:02:) hard to do after the bear complex yesterday. my legs are ache-in' (sp?)...kte's looked nice though!
*initially, the 7 rounds scared me, but the cash out wasn't too bad....

***not sure if I will take tomorrow off or workout thru the week and take the weekend off...we'll see what time I wake up tomorrow;)

Today is DS13's last softball game..last time I have to run around like crazy for a while:):):) will work till noon, have lunch, get ds9 from school, go to ds13's school, take him and some boys from the team to the game, after the game, drop ds9 at hebrew school, take the other boys home, get dinner together, pick up ds9, eat dinner, get mom at the airport!!! whew!!!.....last run around day like that till the spring when baseball and soccer etc,.. start again:p:):)... I'm sure one day I will miss all this craziness!!!

You know what's funny? Now that we aren't running around with soccer and cross country I feel I have nothing but time on my hands. I do miss seeing them participate and am a little sad that I will have to wait several months to be crazy, mad woman again for spring sports. The thing that bothered me the most during that time that we are able to do now was the eating. I love to cook, love meals that take love and time to make with the freshest ingredients and then we sit around the table talking... we can't do that much when everyone is being pulled in different directions.

ETA: Deanie, I couldn't get on all day y'day either! :/

My inner thighs and rear and anterior delts are super sore this morning. :D I am getting ready to do Lauren Brooks' 40 minutes workout and will definitely be taking the kids to the park today since it will be 70 degrees and sunny - GORGEOUS!!! :) :) :)

Ummm...Isn't it Wednesday?

You guys are getting me all excited thinking it was Thursday when today is Wednesday, right? :eek: I wouldn't mind it being Thursday though.

Deanie ~ Just reading about your day makes me tired!! Glad you are joining us for Murph!!! Great workout today. I'm always impressed with your strength.

~ My inner thighs always hurt when I do slam balls. Have fun at the park. It's been gorgeous here as well.

My workout for today is:

Set up 2 markers (I will probably go the length of my yard).

Start with medicine ball at point A, and sandbag at point B.

Sprint from point A to B with medicine ball in hands
Do 15 med ball slams
Sandbag bearhug carry from point B to A and back to B (non-stop)
Overhead walking lunges with med ball from point B to A
10 push ups at point A.

Do as many rounds as you can in 30 minutes.

Finisher ~ 100 med ball slams

LOL!!!!:eek::D:D:D:D I totally didn't understand about thursday/wednesday..... but you are right Jane,....it is Wednesday!!!!:mad: darn, I wish it were thursday!!**ha ha-LOL** I just cracked my self up!!... i think the stress is getting to me:):):):):)

Melissa::: I hear you about the meals!! I also love to cook and have everyone around the table talking about their day. Although we still eat alltogether on crazy days, the food is not so great (just something I throw together) and conversations are short because we need to eat and run and do homework/guitar/hebrew/etc....before bed!! Have fun at the park!!:):)

Deanie - I spent all last week getting the days wrong! Columbus Day totally threw me off. Great workout today. I'm also impressed with your press numbers. That exercise just kills me. I hope your busy day is a good one. :)

Jane - I love the workout you have planned. I'm actually getting a little excited for "Murph"!

Melissa - The one thing I can't wait for in my home reno is that I'll actually have a dining room that DH and I can eat dinner at. We've never had one! Enjoy your workout and day at the park...that sounds really nice. :)

I ended up forgoing the workout last night and got a hair cut instead. I now have bangs. :)

I will be working out at home tonight, but don't have a plan yet.
