Good Morning!!!


I had a really hard time getting out of bed today!!:confused: I must have hit my snooze 5X!! After 4 days off, today is tough to get back "into it"..... Had a good workout though!:)

FYI: Yesterday, DS and I finally take a video of me doing the dl and the press (looked good, think my form is spot on - may need a little tweak, but basically good), go to load it into the computer....and it doesn't load!!:rolleyes::eek::mad: DS13 who is pretty good at the computer can't figure it out, DH was too tired to look at it last night, and my brother who is a computer whiz can't figure it out over the phone (he lives in jersey)...so DH will look at it tonight, but we have meeting at the jr. high about HIGH SCHOOL!!!! Can't believe my oldest will be in H.S. next year!!!:eek::eek::eek: anyway, I wait all week to take the video, and now I can't send it!! ARGH!! Hopefully we can figure it out tonight if there is time.

Melissa::: LOL! After your thoughts on Murph, I thought you were going to say "Never Again!!" but then you said you would do it not only again, but SOON!!:D Glad you enjoyed it! better you than me!!:p

Morning, gals! :D

My entire upper body is S-O-R-E today, and the last two workouts I did were killer so I did some yoga today. I did Bryan Kest's Tone practice, and every time I do it I forget just how much I love it (even though his talking can get annoying). I feel nice and lengthened now, but my legs are a little shaky from all of those holds.

Deanie, high school? :eek: When did that happen??? My DD is just a year behind your son, and it is just unbelievable to me how fast it all happens. I want it to all stop - now. No more growing, or they are grounded! (think it'll work?)
You will get that video thingy figured out. At least you got to see yourself :)

Good morning!

Melissa - Great time on Murph! My chest just stopped being sore from that. I also need to join you on the sugar detox after this weekend. :confused: I liked the KB workout you did! I'll definitely save that one for a future date.

Deanie - More impressive DL's! I have a niece who's going into high school next year, and I absolutely can't believe it either!!! It seems like I was just buying her Barbie for Christmas! :eek: I hope you get your get video figured out and sent to Dallas.

Jane - How did your ankle hold up?

Good Afternoon!

Sorry I missed you all this weekend. I did some pilates and took extra walks this weekend.

Today was 5 chinups and Shape It Up from Slim Series.
Went up in weights on a couple of things. Had a really good workout. Burned 527 calories!

Luckily, no damage on the scale from Thanksgiving. The carrot cake was to go. We got so stuffed on the appetizers, there was barely enough room for the meal and no room for dessert.

Jane - Glad your ankle is better!

Melissa - Congratulations on getting through Murph! I haven't done Bryan Kest in such a long time. I need to pull that one out again.

Gayle - Good luck with your DLs tonight!

Deanie - Your workout was still very impressive! Sorry about your fight with DS! The teenage years are really tough. 14-15 was the toughest age for both my kids. I hope DH gets your video uploaded for you.
