Workout....

Hi everyone! Let me know what you think of this kickboxing/leg workout. I just created it and would like some feedback--does it sound good?

Oh, also it's a circuit-like workout....

#1: KM warm-up and blast challenge
#2: BC cardio only premix
#3: B&G leg blast premix
#4: KM blast challenge
#5: BC cardio only premix
#6: K,P,C w/ Legs&Glutes kicking combos w/ high step circuit
#7: explosive plie squats (from legs&glutes)

additional weights from HSC: hover squats - barbell deadlift (4 sets)
DB plie squats (2 sets)

Sounds killer to me! Although I don't have BC or HSC so I can't really give an accurate response.....

But even without having those two w/o's it sounds pretty kick-a$$!!!
 
This is a new one for me. Up until I injured my foot (not workout related) I had this rediculously HARD kickboxing workout. I LOVED it, but I realize I couldn't keep it up. I am now modifying the intensity by adding the weights in. I think too many hard plyo blasts dones consecutively can become too hard on the body. here is what I am talking about....

previously (w/out weights added)

K,P,C warmup & intermediate drills
" " high intensity drills (2x)
KM blast challenge (2x)
BC cardio only (2x)
K,P,C, kicking combos
explosive plie squats & jump lunges

WOW!! what a sweat feast....but see too much plyo blasts done one right after the other.
