workout rotations..help:)

I would really appreciate it if someone can help me out with a rotation with the videos i have. I just started watching cathe, and have tried a couple of her workouts and love them! but I have no clue where to start and how to get everything i need in my routine, i need cardio " which i hate lol" but none the less need, stregth training for bone building also, stretching and abs, abs, abs lol. these are the videos i have.

1.upper and lower pyramid.
2.rythmic step.
3.core max 1,2,and 3.
4.kick, punch and crunch.
5.power hour.
6.stretch max ( with pink band)
7.muscle endurance
8.push and pull.
9.slow and heavy ( legs and shoulders).
10.boot camp.
11.supersets.
12. legs and glutes.
13.step, jump and pump.
14.chest and back.
15.step blast.
16.low max.
17.imax 2.
18.legs and shoulders.

If anyone can help me out....please do:) thanks so much.
 
Hi Brenda! If you go to the videos & rotations page, there is a pinned thread that shows you most all of cathes rotations that she has done, plus some goodies by fitnessfreak (Debbie). Maybe check out those and see if any fits the bill for you? HTH!

Hi Brenda.

Debbie brings up a great point about the rotations page. You can also start out with a basic rotation that consists of 2-3 full body weight work outs and 4-6 30-60 mins cardio sessions per week. Make sure abs are included about 3 days a week and voila! You can just plug in the specific vid as you go along. So the basic generic rotation might look like this:

Sunday: 60 min cardio + abs
Monday: full body weights
Tuesday 30 min cardio + abs
Wednesday: 60 min cardio
Thursday: full body weights + abs
Friday: 30 min cardio
Saturday: rest

You can use one of your cardio days for IMAX 2 which will help to increase your endurance and do steady state cardio on the other days.

You can also sub in a circuit work out on one of your full body weight days to get more cardio in, just don't go too light on the weights!

Thanks ladies, this helps some, but, if I could get a specific rotation with the videos i mentioned, that would be awsome. I don't really know what i would do for full body wts and so on, i have seen the video rotation forum, but, i still seem confused and don't know what all the exercises are. if soemone could break it down a little more and just include the videos i have, i would be forever grateful. not real good with exercise talk and such. i used to workout to joyce vedral, she was good when i was younger but not getting much from her as i am older. "39" I guess what i'm asking is, if soemone could give me a mon thru sun. workout, that i can do for the first 6 weeks, i would be grateful. sorry, but not real good with abreviations and exercise talk. trying tho:p thanks again in advance:)
