Workout Manager help....

I'm going to start STS soon and I'd like to use the WO Manager. I've figured out how to download the rotation into the calendar, but I'd also like to put in my cardio and ab days also. My question is how do I add Cathe's workout in there. For example, I don't see an option for Low Max. I see an aerobic step on 6" step, but nothing specifically called Low Max. Am I looking for something that doesn't exists?

Thanks in advance for your help :)

In the Workout Manager you go to your calendar on the day you want to do the workouts. Click on that day. Then click "New Workout" on the right hand side. It will then give you selected workout choices, open that up and select. "DVD". You will then have a lot of DVD's to chose from. Find Hardcore, and Low Max will be in that grouping. Click on Low Max and save. It will then go on your calendar.

Hope that helps.

You can do it three different ways! You can add your anticipated cardio DVDs to the STS rotation by editing the STS rotation you downloaded. You can build your own rotation of cardio selections and then also add that to your calendar. Finally, you can use Janie's way of adding a workout to the calendar and then selecting the DVD option.

Hope this helps!
