Hi there fellow preggos. How's everyone feeling? This week I've been doing real good. It's been a much slower week for me at work. I had basically 5 days off! Yahoo! I got lots done around the house. I've painted 3 rooms in the past 7 days, so everything looks so new and clean around here. This coming week will be more challenging, as I will be working more (I alternate light weeks with heavier weeks at work). I have an ob/gyn appointment on Wednesday, then I begin my 2 week appointments (already!)!!!

Here's my week:
Sun: Paint & prepare laundry room (I'm counting this as a workout, K?)
Mon: off
Tue: CTX Kickbox
Wed: IMax2 (I'm so competitve, if Briee can do it...so can I!!)
Thurs: off
Fri: MIC step
Sat: Body Max circuits only

**I did modify lots this week. Not so much hopping around. I grounded my repeaters, around the worlds, and other moves that are easily modified. I sweated a lot & drank lots of water (about 1-1.5 Liters/day). My back was pretty sore after IMax2. Baby's real active (keeps me happy).

Look forward to hearing from EVERYONE this week. We're all in this together, right? Take care & have a wonderful week!!!

Hi girls! Melanie - you are doing great!! Painting 3 rooms in just 7 days is a huge feat!!! Anyway, I had a pretty good week so here was my schedule:

Sun: CTX - All step (just cardio)
Mon: CTX - Step & Intervals with chest
Tues: PS - BBA
Wed: CTX - 10-10-10 with Tri's
Th: Firm - Better buns and body
Fri: C&W - cardio only
Sat: Firm - All Cardio

Have a great week everyone!!!!!

Wow Sara.....Melanie, do you remember when we did all that when we were only a few months pregnant???? Okay so maybe I didn't do all that even when I was a few months pregnant. And YES Melanie painting is a workout. I was forced to think of you as I continued cleaning and rearranging our basement this weekend (I'm using this as my Friday, Saturday workout too OK??) I moved boxes and went through stuff and got rid of LOADS of stuff and I'm feeling organized and....my back and feet and legs hurt (this is when I thought of you and wondered how you do it with work and everything else...no wonder your back and legs were hurting...now I know!!)

Mon - Tae Bo and CTX Upperbody (those pushups are looking pretty sway backed in the mirror, the staggered ones are no longer attempted)
Tues - IMAX II Whole thing (yes some is modified to a little lower impact)!!!!
Wed - PLB
Thur - Tae Bo 30 minutes and HEAVY shoulder workout (I've been meaning to do this for a long time, shoulder definition is one of my goals)
Fri and Sat - cleaned the basement (Intended to do the rest of upperbody oh well!!)

I think the most exciting news is the reviews on the Video and Fitness Forum of the new BB. I think we can do this girls, sounds a little easier than the intensity series and easily modified and with the DVD's we can make it short or long (yeah, right short or shorter!)....I just can't wait!!! They better get here soon or they will be putting me into labor!!

Briee

Briee - You are doing amazing!!!! I am just taking advantage of when I still can do these workouts! I really modified alot my last pregnancy, and stuck with mostly Firm's towards the end! I am just hoping that I can keep up with you ladies when I am so close to delivering!!!!:p
Anyway, with the push-ups, you might want to try them on an incline on your bench. I do them with one riser, and it helps immensely! It seems to take alot of pressure off of the back and still works the upper chest really well! Just an option.
Keep up the awesome work!!!

Sara is doing marvelous. I remember thinking the same thing early in pregnancy..."I must work as hard as I can now b/c I don't know how much longer I can do it". Even then I only worked out 5-6 days per week, but I worked out longer & more intensely than I do now.

Briee, that's so sweet of you to think of me. My back has really been doing well (except for the day after I did IMax2). Like I mentioned, I took much intensity out of my workouts--not jumping around as much. I am still sweaty afterwards...so I'm satisfied. I am an endorphin junkie.

I just found out Sunday that my children's pastor is expecting they're first child 4 days after my due date! This was exciting news. Right away I went to find her to give her my congrats & guess what? Her stomach is the size of a miniature ball. Like a tennis ball (mine the size of a bowling ball). I was feeling pretty good up to this point...I've gained about 19 pounds...but when I saw her I wanted to cry!! She's so tiny! She doesn't even workout. I know it's not a good idea to compare with others b/c everyone is different...but it's so hard!!!
