Hi girls! I feel wierd starting this, but Melanie gave me the go ahead! I do wish that a few more girls would join us, I know that you are out there!! I am really starting to feel pregnant. I am starting to get all the aches and pains but she is moving around alot and that is so much fun! The only negative is that I have a pretty serious back injury and it is much worse this time around. I find that I can only workout about 3-4 days in a row before I need to take a day off (or substitute in some YogaMama). Well, here was my week:
Sun: off
Mon: Firm - Vol.4
Tues: C&W - cardio only
Wed: Firm Parts - Upper Body
Th: off
Fri: Firm Basics - Sculpting with weights
Sat: off
I have had a lot more energy for Cathe this week, since I came to terms with the fact that I need to rest more. Next weeks workout log will be much better. I hope you girls are all feeling well and enjoying your growing bodies! Have a great week!
