I placed an order for Volume 2(revised),3,4,5,6,& 7 yesterday and he sent a nice email thanking me for my order and to let him know if I need any help or have questions. Maybe this is just a standard reply but it made me feel special;-)

Thanks again to all my enablers...I can't believe it took me so long to jump on the CC wagon.

Oh, it was him all right!! He IS the customer service department for Cardio Coach. Some lucky stiffs around here have actually TALKED to him on the phone and heard THAT VOICE. I keep hoping for some major download catastrophe so he'll have to call me and talk me through it -- LOL!!!
