Who is the rotation expert here?

I just posted a request on the rotations board, but I want to be sure to get advice, so I'm reposting it here. Another post about road trippers being up for the challenge is kicking my mind into high gear, but I need my butt to follow! Here is my request.

HELP! I am overwhelmed right now, which usually happens every couple of weeks! LOL I need to get re-focussed and get rid of these 9 pounds that I've gained since February. I checked out all the rotations from the rotation index, but again, I'm overwhelmed.

I want to incorporate running into my rotation (got a new treadmill and it's calling my name), as well as all of Cathe's workouts. PLEASE....suggest a rotation or recommend some sort of schedule I should follow....how many lower body or upper body weight workouts a week? Should I go with all circuits? Total body weights?

I came back to add that I consider myself advanced in that I can keep up with all of Cathe's hi/lo, step, endurance and weight selections (most of the weight selections anyway. lol). Plus, I have all of her workouts except for Basic Step and Slow & Heavy. Personally, I love cardio and think my body responds best to heavy cardio, with weights secondary.

HELP! And thanks to anybody that's willing to help!

Gayle,

I personally found Cathe's January, 2004 rotation to be dynamite for weight loss. It's heavy on the cardio, with a specific focus on lower body work to really burn calories. It also had a small bit of running in it. Check it out and if you like it, we can tweak it a bit to incorporate her newer workouts that have come out since then, and add more running, if that's what you want.

Cathe's January and Februray 2005 rotations are also geared towards weight loss, as is, I think, her August 2004.

Good luck!
Sandra
