Who does Cardio Daily?

I used to love cardio when I was younger, but not anymore. I do cardio only 2-3 days per week and no more. I was trying to do cardio 4-5 days per week towards the end of last week, and I just wasn't seeing the results I wanted to see with my body, especially the upper body. My arms just looked huge, not defined. For the last 2 months I've been doing cardio 2-3 days per week, mainly Kick Max, Low Max, and shorter cardio a third day. I just noticed today that my arms are looking more defined, especially the shoulders. So hopefully I found what works for me which is heavy weights and very little cardio. Plus I'm shrinking. :) I'm smaller now than I have been in 5 years, so I'm definitely happy.
 
I pretty much do cardio every day. I have a lot of fun with my cardio, it clears my mind and gets the cobwebs out. I'm not particularly disciplined with my eating (ebbs and flows;-) ) so cardio is sort of like penance to me. If I go 2 or 3 days without it I get antsey. I love weight work but cardio is my favourite way to SWEAT! (Well, maybe my second favourite way;-) :eek:)
