I used to love cardio when I was younger, but not anymore. I do cardio only 2-3 days per week and no more. I was trying to do cardio 4-5 days per week towards the end of last week, and I just wasn't seeing the results I wanted to see with my body, especially the upper body. My arms just looked huge, not defined. For the last 2 months I've been doing cardio 2-3 days per week, mainly Kick Max, Low Max, and shorter cardio a third day. I just noticed today that my arms are looking more defined, especially the shoulders. So hopefully I found what works for me which is heavy weights and very little cardio. Plus I'm shrinking.
I'm smaller now than I have been in 5 years, so I'm definitely happy.
