Hi, I'm looking into getting a rebounder. Now that I've read through a ton of posts on here and VF, I'm more confused than ever!
Here are my questions if you don't mind:
1. What type of bounce do I want if I have tendonitis in my knees and plantar fasciitis in my feet? I've read about soft bounce and hard bounce.
2. I am (was
) addicted to Cathe's Imaxes and power moves on the step. Love her high intensity kick box drills as well! If I love plyos, jumping jacks etc., should I get a rebounder that has a bigger mat? It seems like you can't do those on the UR.
3. Does anyone have any experience with rebounding with plantar fasciitis? Has it made it worse or stayed the same? I'm hoping someone out there will tell me that they were able to do rebounding with PF. I'm so depressed right now (cycling hurts my knees as does one of the ellipticals at my gym--it's my own fault for years of over-exercising.)
I'm willing to spend money on a rebounder if it will allow me to enjoy Cathe. I just got the new DVDs on Friday and couldn't do them. I almost cried. I know you will all know where I'm coming from. Even though my injuries are my own fault, I'm still depressed and endorphin starved. My poor husband is bearing the brunt of this
. I told him about rebounding and his reply was, "Let's get whatever it is that you need so that you can workout again." That should be read as, "I want my happy wife back."
Thanks Everyone!
