which cathe vids were most helpful in your weight loss?

Does anyone have personal faves of Cathe vids that most helped with a weight loss goal? In particular, maybe the IS series, BB series, Hardcore/Gym Style, or hte latest ones, LIC, BM2 etc? Assuming your diet is all in control as well obvoiusly. Also, did you have more success sticking with a series or sticking to a rotation that utilized several different dvds? TIA!
 
any of them worked for me but only when i got stricter with my diet and worked out consistantly did my abs finally pop out.
 
When I want to really work on weight loss, number one I clean up my diet and eat better (the most important thing!), then I focus on higher cardio and more weights. I usually do the higher cardio ones (like IMAX 1,2,3, Step Blast, Rhythmic Step) for step workouts and Kick Punch and Crunch, Cardio Kicks and Kickmax for my kickbox workouts. I also incorporate Cardio Fusion into my schedule (on days when I do cardio only!). I love the Gym Style Workouts for my heavy weight workouts (but you can use something else). I usually do the Gym Style Workouts twice in a week, so you are hitting each body part twice. I usually do my weight workout in the afternoon and my cardio in the morning (depending on my time). I don't do this type of workout all the time, only when trying to lose weight (which I am right now because I'm getting ready for the road trip!!!)

When trying to reach a goal for weight loss, I try to break it up into 6 week intervals. Set a goal that you want to meet (not unrealistic) and prepare your own rotation and stick with it! Clean up your eating -- at the end of 6 weeks hopefully you have met your goal (if not regroup and re-evaluate!). Set another goal for the next 6 weeks and set up a new rotation. Be sure to change it up a bit from the last one, because it may not work the next time around. Sometimes I do rotations of just circuit workouts only (you're getting plenty of cardio and weights). You can change it up that way too.

I've seen where if I break if up into 6 weeks segments (or even shorter sometimes!) it helps. I've tried to do rotations, etc. for 12 weeks at a time and I don't do well.

Gym Style Series gave me the most results of all the Cathe DVDs.

I would say that just dong something is key for me and cleaning up my diet!

I really had good results with the Hardcore series and the weight loss rotation that Cathe posted after the release of the series.
