Which 3 Cardio Coach? CDr or mp3?

I wanted to get Cardio Coach and I see he has a two for one special.
Right now I'm running for about 45 min. and just started adding in hill work. I only run out doors and then I do Cathe for weight work on alternate days.
Also, I noticed he is selling vol 8 as a CD-r. After being burned my TLT a few years ago with bad CD-r's I'm a bit wary but I wanted to have an origional copy and then make a mp3. If I lose my Ipod I lose the whole workout. Are his CD-r's ok for burning a mp3? Not that I know how to do that yet but I will learn.
What do you recommend?

Yes, you can download the CD-r's without any trouble, but you can also just buy the MP3's and burn your own CD. Remember, the TLT's are DVD workouts -- not CD's. I believe Coach Sean has a disclaimer on his website somewhere that the CD-r should work fine on players made after the year 2000.

Which CC would you recommend to start out with? If he's anything like Cathe I'll end up getting them all eventually.

This is always such a hard question for me to answer because I LOVE them all, I really do. For a shorter workout, I highly recommend Vol. 2 revised. This one has 3 challenges and runs about 35 or so minutes. Volume 4 is another great one and one of my all time favorites. It runs about 45 minutes from the warm-up to the cool down. For a longer workout, Vol. 7 is very popular and the music rocks my world, and of course, Vol. 8 which was just released is AWESOME!!

I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the Press Play workout. You can get this one for a $20 donation to the Choose Living Foundation, and then you can do Press Play Saturday with us :D. Press Play Saturday is always on the last Saturday of the month, when several of us do this workout and then post our experience. Again, they're all good so you can't make a mistake in choosing a workout. Also, bear in mind that they can be customized to suit your needs by making a playlist with your favorite challenges. :D

I just ordered 4,7 and 8. Here we go! I wanted to improve my level of running. I run outdoors and was getting bored doing the same old run.

I've been told that Volume 7 is especially good for running. ;)
