proteins, hmmm...
I can't decide what I want my next protein powder or shake to be. I've read conflicting benefits of each source; do y'all have a strong preference of what source your protein powder comes from?
I think whey protein isolate may be the way to go. Some of the protein powders have high cholesterol' the protein isolate seems to have the lowest cholesterol and most digestible protein. I too am interested in hearing what other people think!
