Where is the check in forum?

Didn't they create a new forum for check ins? Why don't I see it? I don't check in, but I do lurk with regularity.

I used my Windows Washer and it appeared. I swear it wasn't there before. I have had trouble on these forums before, not seeing new posts when I knew new things had to have been added. Thanks for confirming its existence.
