On Low Impact Circuit ... what song plays during the ab segment? Love it! Sounds like J-Lo to me, but not sure. Tried googling it, but had no success.

I found it in itunes. It's called Dreamboy and it's by Lauren. Here's an itunes link (this will open itunes if you have it and take you to the song in their store):

There are a bunch of remixes, this one is the Flowerz Radio Remix. I'm not sure which one Cathe uses.
